Since opening the doors of our farm shop vending machine earlier in 2022 along the beautiful coast of Angus, Scotland, we have welcomed hundreds of customers to Upper Dysart Larder. Located right here on the family farm, not far from Lunan Bay, it's a smart, simple way to browse and buy all kinds of great food and drink from local and UK-based suppliers — from Scottish-roasted coffee, to locally-made sweet bakes, to butchers meats and our very own Upper Dysart Larder mashes and tatties.

With rows and rows of locker doors, each filled with fresh and delicious food and drink, Upper Dysart Larder is a forward-thinking farm shop that's easy to use and has an ever-changing stock of great products from across Scotland and the UK.
Instead of aisles, shelves and a check-out counter, everything at the Larder is laid out neatly along the rows and columns of the vending machine lockers, and the Larder is 100% self-service via touch-screen menus. Don't worry though — for new users or those requiring assistance, a member of our friendly team will always be around to help out.
Open 7am-6pm Monday-Sunday, the vending machine and coffee machine both take cash and card payments.

There are some absolutely brilliant suppliers around Angus and neighbouring regions of Scotland, and we love discovering new foodie favourites to stock in our Scottish farm shop.
Regularly stocked items include locally baked sweet treats from L. Forsyth Foodie and Mrs Bridges Treats; fresh milk from Kerr's Dairy; Craignathro Farms eggs; Galloway Lodge jams and chutneys; a range of Highland Fine Cheeses; Scotch & Co gourmet scotch eggs; Keptie Bakery rolls and bread; Fleming Butchers meats; locally grown veggies and many more. Plus — we pour delicious Caber Coffee from our self-service coffee machine ☕️

The Stirling family have been living and working on Upper Dysart Farm for decades now, and we've been producing fresh and delicious tatties and veg for retailers for a number of years.
The Upper Dysart Larder food range and farm shop vending machine are the result of lots of hard work and good ideas from across the whole family — from Andrew and Anita who have co-founded to the business, to the other founding members (their children!) James, Jessica, Hannah and Alexander, who all bring distinct skills and experience to the business.
Supported by a dedicated and skilled team (meet the team on the Our Story page), the Stirlings have been growing Upper Dysart Larder since 2020. 📈

Since opening the doors to the Larder vending machine in March 2022, we've been looking for new ways to use this wonderful location at Upper Dysart Farm and offer something different.
In July 2022, we hosted the first of many Pop-Up Market Days — welcoming local businesses, makers and foodies to the Larder for a fun-filled (and delicious!) afternoon of fudge, spirits, artwork, pies and more.
What's more, we know how to redecorate the place when the mood strikes us — like our spooky Halloween decorations (below), pumpkin patch and photo op. 🎃
