COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOOD INITIATIVE

Stirling Signature

OUR AIM IS TO HELP TO FEED AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE CAN, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, BUT REALLY ANY INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES THAT ARE STRUGGLING.

Here at Upper Dysart Larder, we see a real need within our local communities for access to easily prepared food that is healthy and nutritious. The Stirling family is working alongside charity coordinator Teresa Spark to organise the distribution of soup packs and ready-cooked potatoes to community groups doing vital work in the Angus region.

In the longer term, we hope to support links in the wider Angus community to make sure that children don't go hungry. We want to give our children at least one hot meal a day through breakfast clubs, lunchtime bowls of soup or jacket potatoes.

Consult the map or see listings below it for details on participating venue hubs.

Support

Our aim is to help to feed as many people as we can, especially children, but really any individuals or families that are struggling. We are aiming to have a large pot of soup every week, at various locations in each Angus town. Or you can come along and pick up a soup pack of ready-prepared vegetables and ready-cooked baking potatoes that just need reheating.
