As the leaves change and the evenings draw in, we can't wait to welcome visitors from far and wide to our next pop-up market.

Is it too early for Christmas shopping? Maybe, maybe not — but what we can guarantee is you'll be tempted by an array of lovely foods, lovingly made crafts and treats for the four-legged friends in your life.

JoJo's Bakes (Montrose)

JoJo's Bakes is a local. home-based bakery that specialises in stuffed cookies, cookie pies and other delicious treats.

The Candle Bothy (Dundee)

The Candle Bothy is a candle-maker based in Dundee where all products are hand-poured in small batches. This includes soy wax candles, wax melts, reed diffusers and car scents.

All products come in vibrant and long-lasting scents, with a selection of year-round popular fragrances as well as seasonal varieties. Sophie will be bringing a range of their autumn/winter fragrances to our October market

Louise's Farm Kitchen (Banchory)

Louise's Farm Kitchen specialises in 'Bringing Naturally Good Food From Our Farm Gate To Your Dinner Plate'. Based in Royal Deeside, all the meat is raised on our family farm.

Jake Loves (Edzell)

Jake Loves is an online gift shop based in Edzell. They sell some things that they make themselves such as pewter animals, metal dog hearts, pocket hugs and personalised snack bowls and they also sell a selection of home décor items from other suppliers

D!P (Aberdeenshire)

D!P is a brand new food business which just launched in July — offering 3 different salsa style dips:

• Peach and Mango
• Pineapple and Tequila
• Raspberry Chipotle

These are great for dipping crisps and crudités into, but they can also be used as a relish for sandwiches burgers and salads. They are vegan and gluten free — and ideal for the tail-end of BBQ season!

Scott Brothers butchers (Dundee)

We're delighted to welcome Scott Brothers butchers to Upper Dysart Larder for this pop-up market event.

Menu is TBC, but rest assured they'll have a fine selection of meats, cooked to perfection for your enjoyment.

Catherine Mylles Art (Dundee)

Local artist Catherine Mylles is known for painting abstract landscapes and landmarks in bright colours, creating unfamiliar images of familiar places. These range from famous Scottish beaches and mountains to not so famous Scottish football stadiums! They make great gifts for family and friends, at home or abroad.

Ingram Art (Montrose)

Gordon Anderson will be bringing along a selection of the craft jewellery that he makes from beads, resin and polymer clay — all made locally in Angus.

One aspect of this craft that he particularly enjoys is making items of jewellery to order, so be sure to speak to him about any bespoke jewellery ideas.

WeeCOOK Pies (Carnoustie)

WeeCOOK are a small independent restaurant, caterer and award-winning pie makers based at Barry Downs, near Carnoustie.

Their Fishwife pie is the current title holder of Best Fish Pie in Britain from the British Pie Awards and their Vegetarian Caponata Formaggio Pie is the current holder of the Scotch Pie Award Macleans Cup for the best speciality savoury pie in Scotland.

Redcastle Spirits (Arbroath)

Redcastle Gin & Tonics will be served up at the Pop-Up Market Day — gin aficionados, take note!

Toll House Spirits is a family-owned spirits company, based in Arbroath. Named after the childhood home of their late mum Ruth, the Taranty Toll House near Brechin.

As a family, they spent lots of time at Lunan Bay, which is the inspiration for their Redcastle range of award winning gins, rums & liqueurs. Red Lichtie Gin, the official gin of Arbroath FC, joined their line up in 2021 and they also produce a range of drinks cabinet staples under the Toll House brand: gin, rums & vodka. Broughty Ferry Gin completes their portfolio of products, which supports the local lifeboat in the place they all call home.

Kescoweth Coffee Shop (Arbroath)

Kescoweth are a small family-run coffee and gift shop set in the beautiful Angus countryside. Perfect for enjoying homemade treats, relaxing with a coffee, and spending time with family and friends.

They're returning and bringing some of their finest goodies to our Pop-Up Market Day — don't miss them!

Lou Campbell Art (Cairngorms)

Painting from her studio in the Scottish countryside, overlooking the Cairngorm mountains, Lou Campbell specialises in distinctive animal artwork and quality homeware products.

Kinnaird Kitchen (Brechin)

Kinnaird Kitchen is located in the original pantry of Kinnaird Castle on the picturesque Southesk Estate on the outskirts of the cathedral city of Brechin, Scotland. Kinnaird Castle is owned by the 4th Duke of Fife and has been in the family for over 600 years. It was the Duke of Fife whom Queen Victoria bought Balmoral Castle from in 1852.

Kinnaird Kitchen was established in July 2021 and they produce handmade luxury confectionery made in small batches, using our family recipe of over 100 years old.

They collaborate with other producers to bring high quality flavours to our range, selecting only the finest of outlets to sell their products.

Alan James Photography (Montrose)

Alan has over 30 years' experience of photographing weddings, pet portraits, baby portraits to name a few. If you've got any other events you would like Alan to photograph, he'll be happy to advise on availability. Alan will have autumn farmyard / Halloween themed photoshoots available at the pop-up.
